Nicole Bendayan, M.A. M.F.T.
ImageNicole works holistically taking into consideration a person's mind, body and spirit and unique individual characteristics and life experiences. She views therapy as a journey, and regards her role as a guide, while bringingher training, knowledge and experience. She has worked extensively with individuals and in groups, with young children, teens, adults and elders, with issues around grief and loss; both anticipated and sudden. This includes 11+ years with Hospice as a Bereavement Counselor. As well as grief and loss, she works with anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Her goal is to hold a wide, caring non-judgemental base from which someone can do their personal healing work, whether that be long or short term, and has an eclectic orientation, as clients' needs vary at different points. Besides talk therapy, she uses art media and sand tray therapeutically. She can be contacted at: 707-338-1681.
